Ideally located opposite the European School and the RTL offices, the ‘Laangfur’ project currently being studied constitutes a piece of the jigsaw which will perfectly integrate into the urban fabric of the Kirchberg plateau. Respectful of the environment and with a desire for an inter-generational character, this new district will extend to more than 360,000 m² and include almost 2,700 residential units within which Immobel is programming a mostly residential complex of 22,600 m².
