Chief Executive Officer.
Began his career in the banking sector (BACOB, 1994-1995) before joining the real estate sector at Intermarché where he contributed to the expansion of the brand in Wallonia (1995-1996). In 1997, he joined Jones Lang LaSalle where he was Head of the Office Agency Department for Belgium (1997-2005) before becoming Managing Director of the Luxembourg offices of the group (2005-2011). In 2010, he combined this function with that of Head of Capital Markets for Belux. He left JLL in late 2011 to join ALLFIN as CEO of the Luxembourg entity. He owns a degree in Applied Economics (ULG, 1988-1992) and an MBA (ULG & Maastricht University, 1993-1994).
Head of Development.
Having obtained an Engineering diploma from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (Public Works College) of Paris and a Masters in Project Management from Northwestern University Chicago in 2002, she began her professional career with Luxembourg real estate developer-investor Ikogest, where she was in charge of the sales department from 2003 to 2015. Among here tasks and responsibilities were the rental of a portfolio of around 100,000 m², the management of some 100 million Euros of assets held by a fund and the disposal of approximately 500 million Euros of shares. She also assisted institutional investors in the acquisition and management of around 800 million Euros of real estate holdings abroad. She joined IMMOBEL in October 2015 as Head of Development.
With a diploma from the Trade and Commerce college of Lille (SKEMA) in 2008, she joined IMMOBEL following the merger with the ALLFIN Group in June 2016. She has successively held the posts of Regional Controller, FP&A analyst, Cash-flow Controller at Millicom – an international group operating in the telecoms sector – followed by auditor specialising in industrial and commercial companies at KPMG Luxembourg from 2008 to 2010, before joining IMMOBEL Luxembourg in the function of Finance Manager.
Head of Technical Department.
He started his career at Jan De Nul SA (General Contractors), where, as a works manager, he took part in large construction projects in the domains of civil engineering and buildings. In 2012, he was project manager for a substantial civil engineering infrastructure project for Tuc Rail SA. He then entered the real estate sector by joining, as Project Manager, quoted developer Atenor Group. In 2016 he joined the IMMOBEL GROUP as Technical Director before being named as Head of the Technical Department of IMMOBEL Luxembourg. He has been trained as both a construction engineer and a real estate land surveyor (ECAM 2007).
Head of Legal Services.
She holds a Masters 2 in Real Estate Law, Construction Rights and Real Estate Development from the University of Paris II Assas. She has carried out various functions within the Vinci group, notably as an in-house legal expert specialising in mounting real estate operations and legal director of the construction subsidiary GTM BATIMENT between 2002 and 2014. Having come to the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg in 2014, she worked for Arcelor Mittal for a little over a year as a legal expert specialising in Joint-Ventures and international projects before joining IMMOBEL in 2016 ain the position of Head of Legal Services.
