  • Marnix GALLE *

    Gérant - Président du Conseil de Gérance

    After studying economics at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, Marnix began his professional career in 1987 at Cegos Belgium as a consultant. In 1989, he took his first steps in the real estate sector (family portfolio). His own company ALLFIN (°2001) became one of the leading real estate developers in Belgium. In 2014, ALLFIN Group took a 29% stake in Immobel, listed on Euronext since 1863. Following the merger between ALLFIN Group and Immobel in 2016, he became its Executive Chairman. Marnix was Chairman of Urban Land Institute Belgium (2015-2018) and is a director, member and trustee of several leading European and American associations.

  • Olivier BASTIN

    Gérant – Délégué à la gestion journalière

    Olivier began his career in the banking sector (BACOB, 1994-1995) before joining the real estate department at Intermarché, where he contributed to the expansion of the brand in Wallonia (1995-1996). In 1997, he joined Jones Lang LaSalle, where he became the department head of the Office Department for Belgium (1997-2005) before becoming Managing Director of the group’s Luxembourg branch (2005-2011). In 2010, he combined this position with that of Head of Capital Markets for the Belux. He left JLL at the end of 2011 to join ALLFIN Group as CEO of the Luxembourg entity. Since 2018, he is also in charge of the introduction and expansion of Immobel on the German market. Olivier has a degree in Applied Economics (ULG, 1988-1992) and an MBA (ULG & Maastricht University, 1993-1994).

  • Paul Mousel

    Gérant (indépendant)

    Paul Mousel is a Founding Partner of Arendt & Medernach. He has been a member of both the Luxembourg and Brussels Bar since 1978. He is a member of various working committees at the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), the regulatory authority of the financial sector in Luxembourg and acts as a non-executive board member in numerous companies. He has been reader of general jurisprudence and financial law at the Université du Luxembourg since 1984.

  • Paul Helminger

    Gérant (indépendant)

    Mayor of Luxembourg for 12 years (from 1999 to 2011), Paul Helminger has acted as principal private secretary to the Prime Minister Gaston Thorn, Secretary of State and MP. Since May 2012, Paul Helminger has also been chairman of the board of the airline Luxair and of the start-up SnapSwap, an electronic currency operator.

  • Fernand Pesch

    Gérant (indépendant)

    For 22 years (from 1982 to 2004), Fernand Pesch was chairman of the Plateau de Kirchberg Urbanisation and Redevelopment Fund. Outside his main role as General Administrator for the Luxembourg Government, Fernand Pesch has also held several mandates as Chairman, including the Fonds Belval, the Fund for the Renovation of Luxembourg Old Town, the Luxembourg Exhibition Centre Development Company, Luxenergie and Cegedel.

  • Piet Vercruysse


    Graduated in law (magna cum laude) at KU Leuven in 1973 after technical studies. Admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1973, he also was assistant at KU Leuven from 1976 till 1979. He is co-founder of the law firm Vercruysse & Kadaner. He became Honorary Solicitor in 2003, and was a director of ALLFIN and ALLFIN Group between 2004 and 2010. He currently is Director of several non-listed holding companies.
